Bookkeeping Through Natural Language Interface

Does anyone know of a company working on natural language interfaces for bookkeeping. Seems like a really great idea for small businesses. It would have a great deal of context to automate a lot of the bookkeeping tasks. "hey, i have a few transactions i'd like to discuss with you". "what was this purchase for" -- "it was for 'x' thing from 'y' vendor. heres the receipt" then it codes it in the right chart of accounts. Is it a big regulatory hurdle or something? Or perhaps a reliability issue?
