One of them seems to be the parent domain of this wallpaper page, an 'AI-driven brand positioning and marketing strategy tool'. And the design looks like what you'd get as a response if you asked for a page with 00's aesthetic from ChatGPT.

Is this some sort of SEO thing?

As someone who was computing much earlier then 2000s and remembers them fondly, this isn't at all the style in the early 2000s. A completely white image with a ms paint "wallpaper" written on it would have been completely ignored or made fun of as it's total crap.

This is purely a SEO/Viral attempt to market their other AI companies.
