Embedded Whitelabel Marketplace as a Service – Feedback Please

I have built a whitelabel marketplace as a service, think the app store, but you make your own.

But, I am not sure if the product will work well in the startup/smb market. Right now we are going after larger clients, who require more "hand holding" but a larger acv.
