What's your most annoying problem at work today?

As a founder I feel like it's interesting how many startups have come into the world over the last decade, yet I still have to do a bunch of annoying things everyday. Whether it's having to name a stupid file correctly or finding an internal wiki, seems like I waste a lot of time.

Anyone else feel the same or am I crazy?
