Not attacks, but yes this is a single set of proxy wars. You see Ukraine working in Syria and Iranian/North Korean forces in Russia. You see China working hard on global influence for the war. It is very much an east vs. west proxy war. Biden understands this, that's why he moved ships. Part of that was also signaling to China.
