I wrote a business plan once for a similar concept. I wanted to model it after Antolin, but generally available and for adults. People would be answering LLM-generated questions to build up reputation (tracked on Colony?) that would give them access to "guilds" or "clubs" of likeminded people with a similar reputation/"skill" level for social purposes. Inspired by a partner that wanted to flaunt Harry Potter knowledge, but having no quantifiable and socially-valuable metric to do so.

I really like your web design — it’s clean and looks great. However, there isn’t much to do before signing up, and the registration form feels a bit overwhelming.

Yes, before signing up nothing is allowed just as on instagram

Your call, but you need to build up interest to get people to sign up. (Also when Instagram launched you could browse a fair bit and view photos before needing to register)

You did an excellent job with the website design. It's simple, sleek, and easy to navigate. I have a few suggestions for further improvement:

- Add Google Sign-In: This can streamline the authentication process, making it faster for users to sign up and log in, potentially increasing your user base. - How It Works Section: The section looks great, but the background photos have high opacity, which makes it harder to appreciate the website's design and content. Reducing the opacity could enhance visibility.

I also have a question: Can users upload a book (like a PDF) and read it together with friends?

Additionally, do you have a library section where people can access free books?

One more suggestion: - You could create a widget that bloggers, influencers, and others can link to their Goodreads account (or manually add a list of books they've read). They can embed this widget on their website to showcase the number of books they’ve read or are currently reading. Goodreads offers a similar feature, but it's not very well designed, so improving the aesthetic appeal of your widget could be a great advantage.

No, users for now can upload only ePub books(working on fb2 and pdf as well).

"library section where people can access free books?" - well you have MyLibrary page with all your books + you can find and downed books(other users already uploaded) in search page!

Now also trying to add chat system!
