Artavolo – A Flexible Project Management Tool Combining Boards, Tables, Calendar

I’m excited to share Artavolo, a project management tool I’ve been working on to help teams and individuals streamline their workflows. It combines the visual organization of Trello, the powerful data structure of Airtable, and a built-in calendar view to track deadlines and schedules in one platform.

Why I Built It: I found that existing tools often forced you to choose between visual simplicity or deeper data structure, and switching between multiple apps was inefficient. So I wanted to create something that blends the best of both worlds, giving users the flexibility to manage their tasks however they prefer—whether that’s through Kanban boards, structured tables, or calendar views.

Key Features: Kanban, Table, and Calendar Views: Switch between different views based on your needs. Custom Fields: Adapt your projects to your specific workflow by adding custom fields. Real-Time Collaboration: Teams can work together seamlessly with live updates and task tracking. Freemium Model: Start using it for free, with premium features available for growing teams. If you’re managing client projects, team tasks, or personal workflows and are tired of juggling between multiple tools, I’d love for you to check out Artavolo and share your feedback. You can explore it here: www.artavolo.com.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
