Alleges? All you have to do is watch some clips of the meeting where they openly discuss his Twitter account, and how they don’t like his hurricane comments, to know this is a textbook first amendment problem.

Sure - I might not like them either; but the people there seemed clueless that the first amendment existed. It’s even more nonsensical considering the US Military was the petitioner, not SpaceX.

Then why is Musk suing? Seems to me the US Military has channels they can work through to get this matter settled. In any event, if the US Military was the petitioner, then SpaceX has no legal standing in the matter, correct?

I think the standing issue would need to be reviewed by a judge. I don't think its clear cut in either direction. SpaceX will incur direct economic harm as a result of this even if the petition was not from SpaceX
Aren't those the risks you take for being a government contractor? It's probably spelled out somewhere in the 1,000 page plus contract you signed.
