OR

* Migrate a codebase from C++ to Rust using an AI coding tool. Finish 75% and provide guidance for manually finishing the rest along with reasons for why it cannot be finished 100%

At least you can play the tic-tac-toe game.

What will you do with a partially finished C++ to Rust project? With automated tools the first 90% conversion takes 10% of the time and the remainder 10% of cases take 90% of time. So, you actually rarely end up with any gains if you go full parity except is tiny code bases.
