LLMs for review of product specification documents

Are there any LLMs that can review technical documentation such as hardware/software requirements specifications. The product is a safety critical system (H/W + S/W) for the transportation industry. the LLM should technically review, analyze the documents and suggest test cases for Quality Assurance.
