Show HN: I built a side project to manage my side projects (apps.apple.com)
I got pretty overwhelmed with Notion, Trello, etc. (Even though they are great tools!) as an indie dev, so I built an app that is simpler to use and perfectly suited for an indie like me :) You can basically divide your projects into multiple milestones (a milestone could be e.g. a new version), and the milestones can have multiple tasks that are either todo, in progress, or done. The progress for each milestone is calculated with those tasks, and you can also prioritize and categorize the tasks using tags (E.g. for me, #ph turns into "High Priority", and #pm into "Medium Priority", etc.). Each project also has a backlog for future tasks & ideas, and I'm also currently working on adding markdown-based project notes to describe more complex ideas.
I built this tool for myself (and I'm actively using it), and thought it would benefit others as well.
I'd love to hear feedback and your thoughts! :)

Privacy Policy: I‘m using an external service that I‘m paying for monthly to host that. With the payment, there shouldn‘t be any ads, but looks like they‘re still shown. Will definitely spin up something on my own on Cloudflare pages or similar, thanks for the heads up!
How does sync across iPad and iPhone work? Apple servers or what? Ideally that would be spelled out for privacy-conscious users.
A couple meh things:
1. What are the take away options for data? [^1]
2. Why does the app need my contact info?
Cool stuff though, and I hope it helps you get your other projects done :)
[^1]: (bonus feedback context, feel free to ignore) whilst I wish you the best in this surviving, after being burnt a few times personally I don't use anything I can't get my data out of (at least not for hard-to-replicate-from-memory things like projects & ideas)
2. You can give feedback within the app, and there's an _optional_ field to add your email address to the feedback you are giving, that's why I've added the contact info in the privacy info - as I said though, completely optional :)
Thanks a lot for your feedback!
