Do Text-Based Courses Work?

Hello, I'm an entrepreneur and planning to offer an online course on Teachable/Thinkific or a similar platform about early-stage matters such as ideation, mvp, analytics... I'm wondering: do you expect people to pay for a text+images course or video is a must these days? Many thanks
