Is that prediction published in a serious peer review journal?
It's too far away to get enough light for photosynthesis. Oxygen can be produced by other reactions, but much slower. Probably it's only enough to get very lazy snails.
I'd be extremely happy if they find bacteria-like life, but predicting fish-like life is an exaggeration.
