It’s simply absurd that people who have traded their perfectly-functional Kindles for a discount in the Colorsoft now are left without a Kindle at all.
Amazon knows that many Colorsoft devices have screen issues. I don’t see why it couldn’t make things easier for the customers that regret the purchase and would like to switch to another Kindle model.
