Help: Squarespace support is unresponsive in our urgent ticket (48 hours)

Our website has been down for more than 48 hours, and the Squarespace support team has not responded to critical support tickets. This has been a really frustrating experience.

Can anyone here please help us?

What is your website? Is it hosted on a custom domain, and did that expire or break somehow?

There's not much we can do without your logins, but if I were you I'd check your DNS settings.

You have control over your own DNS, Squarespace is only the platform. You need to log in and fix it!
