Ask HN: Why my post isn't visible?

Hi, I submitted my first Show HN post, but I think it isn't visible to others (cannot find in incognitmo mode). Also an * appears next to it. Is it hidden? What should I do? I read FAQ and I think post is ok with rules.

Somehow now I can see both posts (the Show HN and this) in incognito. Even the show HN has an upvote. Sorry, I'm new to hacker news. Another question, do you know what does the (1) next to my username on top orange bar means?
