Despite the opening statement about clarity and transparency, GitHub have rather opaquely closed many planned features.
I am rather dissapointed that #636 (Shared workflows secrets), #347 (Comments for un-changed lines in PRs), and #552 (Replies to comments) have been closed with no rhyme nor reason given.
