Ask HN: What privacy focused tool do you use to deal with spam calls in India?

TrueCaller seems to be used by everyone, but its privacy issues are concerning.

My device is a Samsung which offers its own spam protection which is helpful to an extent. Android has a few alternatives, but they are not India-centric nor do they work the same way.
