Ask HN: Best Neo-Web1.0 Resources?

I've seen many Neocities-esque projects come and go over the years, but I haven't bookmarked them.

I first accessed the web in 1995 at seven years old and thereafter spent most of my youth online. For better or worse, the then-nascent web raised me.

I'm trying to get out of a funk at the moment. I've tried the whole "go outside more" thing, but it's not working. I think what I need is a solid hit of '90s web optimism.
