Email deliverability for SaaS app transactional emails

I have a SaaS app with a .ai domain that sends transactional emails to users via postmark.com. A decent % (guessing 10%) end up in the user's spam/junk folder, mostly for MS Exchange/Outlook users. Any recommendations? Correct DNS setup (DKIM,SPF,DMARC) already in place.
