It ain't incompatible if it runs. I think what Microsoft means by "incompatible hardware" is "fuck you."
Needing to click "agree" to use my own hardware...

"Incompatible hardware" is their corporate speak for any hardware that weakens vendor lock-in and propagation of MSFT-centered consumerism.
