Best options for satellite internet in Tanzania?

I'm volunteering at a hospital in Tanzania early next year and the internet is very spotty. Was hoping to set them up with a better connection.

Starlink would be ideal, but it isn't available in Tanzania as pending regulatory approval. 4G options are also pretty unreliable.
