From the article, regarding the benefit of supplementing with AI: "Researchers who had been ranked as the company’s top performers got even better, whereas the bottom ones did not seem to get much benefit."

I wonder how much of the disparity we're seeing with the value-add of AI also has something to do with who is using the tool...
