In my company we developed the Astrological Service based on huge calculations and a little bit AI for our Human Resources department. Just look at the example of the generated report! Your company actually involves astrology with human resources activities?? My mind boggles.
Actually, this started as a joke. But then colleagues started making real requests like this. Frankly, for the last couple of months they have been very happy with these reports as a benchmark for high-level analysis... >.<

Any plans to introduce metrics to track the effectiveness of your service like improved team cohesion or enhanced employee satisfaction?
The brilliant point! Of course, this result just an early bird for our service. We will collect the information about teams, dynamic of closing Jira's tasks, time for onboarding of new members and other. Our HRs said that they see improvements in blind monthly team's report about microclimate with their temlead.
Seriously, what could that kind of approach possibly add to the employee hiring process? What’s next—laying out tarot cards before finalizing the quarterly budget? Lol
I agree, it looks strange. However, this service is not intended as the only factor in decision-making. Rather, it is intended to supplement general statistical information about the candidate's character inclinations. Our recruiters place a great emphasis on "hard work", "stress resistance" and "honesty", relying on the report from the Service.
