Ask HN: What is your filtering method?

With Sora now "here", and ChatGPT well entrenched, not to mention all the other tools that are popping up left and right, how are people filtering the information they're receiving with the objective of removing (purely) AI generated propaganda and just plain false or misleading information?

I'm wondering at what point does the Dead Internet Theory become true and we have to very carefully curate how we get our news, from whom or where, and how we validate it (I am aware this has always been a problem, well before the age of generative AI.)
