Zotac accidentally listed filter options for 5090 series on their website for a few minutes. Well, that could have just been a web developer testing that the filters worked. It doesn't mean that they actually have these cards. It's a pretty reasonable thing to guess that the next gen of cards will follow the last gens naming conventions. They even list a 5070 TI and that's not expected to release for another year at least.
The ram thing is even more of a reach. They never listed "5090 with 32gb ram". The ram option is in an entirely different filter list, to filter all cards by amount and type of ram. So again, maybe they're just prepping the list to make sure these amounts of ram will fit and filter correctly. Or maybe it's for an AMD or a Nvidia workstation card.
The only actually interesting thing here is that there'll be a 5090D version for China.

I noticed that as well. FWIW I don't think "Zotac confirms" is a completely accurate headline, however I do think that this at least hints that there will be a 32GB option somewhere, and likely for one of the new cards that were listed, although that isn't certain. Also note that "32GB" also seems to be mentioned on the "Mini PCs and GeForce RTX Gaming Grpahics Cards" page which does not imply a workstation card.
It's true that everything in the article is pretty tenuous, but that's what you get on rumor sites. But videocardz is one of the best rumor sites out there, so if they post something, it's worth reading. Even if it doesn't end up true, there is a decent chance it was under consideration, or better.
Even worse: Poor mod compatibility. There are numerous games that are pretty lame without some community mods, or are fun for a single playthrough but there is a whole galaxy of mods that give it a new life afterward.

Also, for gaming, it makes financial sense to just buy a console at this point especially since these GPU prices are stupid pricey.
They cost monthly, games are more expensive, no cheap future upgrade path and backwards compatibility is a gamble.
