YC S12 company seeking lead server-side developer

Hi there. We're a YC S12 company rethinking the way people organize their digital content, and are looking for a lead server-side developer to help us scale the service.

About us: • YC S12 company building native apps with server component • very small, scrappy team already experiencing scaling issues • ambitious product roadmap for next month that requires additional manpower on server side • willing to consider candidates for short or long-term roles

Seeking: • lead server-side developer • python/django expertise & familiarity with heroku • someone based in the Bay Area, preferably the Valley (we can also arrange housing) • security experience is a plus • basic frontend skills (html/css/javascript) also a plus • assuming a great fit, ready to join in the next week or two and can hit the ground running
