Ask HN: Do you migrate from Oracle forms to Apex or try Latest Tech Stack?

Oracle Forms is a technology platform originally designed to develop and deploy database-driven applications, especially for Oracle Databases.

While Oracle Forms continues to be used, I believe organizations gradually move to Oracle Apex or rather a Tech Stack using React for UI and Java/Golang/others for Backend on Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.

What do you think is more apt? What would you do in this case?
