Uhh, like a commune? Will they have Kool-Aid?

Utopias take a long time to setup, I guess.

> While he understands that most owners will not be living here all year round (Silent Living can rent the homes out to guests if the owners like)

Annnd there it is, yet another rent-seeking AirBnB "investment opportunity" for rich people that have too much money and nothing to spend it on.

> all of the houses, due for completion across the next seven years, have already been sold at an average price of €400,000 per plot (most plots are about 7,000 sq m, with house construction costs averaging at around €1.2mn).

And of course each house costs 1.5 million euros, and will sit empty most of the time.

Utopia is wasting millions on building houses for nobody in the middle of nowhere.
