Why would it matter whether such a tool uses an LLM or not? Tech for the sole sake of tech never worked and never will, so this is an immediate red flag.
Maybe I have phrased my question wrongly, the focus wasn't the LLM but the fact that apps like these or functions like Apple Intelligence have risen after the AI era begun
If you know a similar app that serves the main purpose of summarising your notification without the use of an LLM I will surely check that but my main goal was to find apps that serve this purpose
