The work-from-home trend was never going to last. I have no problem with going to an office (especially if it was my business)

This is an employer's market and you (the employee) have no power into resisting, and if you don't like it just quit.

Not sure why this is a problem, perhaps its just complete laziness.

This is just especially stupid for JPMC. Their hybrid policy was 2 days a week remote, so most people WERE going into the office every week. On top of that, JPMC uses virtual desktops so for the vast majority of people, their job looks the same either in-office or at home.
