Ask HN: What's your Mac collaborative workflow?

Hi guys. I'm choosing the collaborative tools for my team and I need your suggestions. Web tools are good, Web+Mac tools are even better :)

I'm thinking of using GitHub + Postbox mail app + Evernote + Things + Trello.
