What are habits that help you overcome fear and inertia? (sethgodin.typepad.com)
In this list of miscellaneous advice, Seth Godin has one point that particularly struck me:
"Seek out habits that help you overcome fear or inertia. Destroy those that do the opposite."
I've struggled with each of these problems at one time or another, but I just sort of "powered through". Is there a consistent, repeatable way of overcoming these problems? Does anyone have a particular habit that has helped them do this?
