Ask HN: Oracle Forms to Oracle Apex or a Latest Tech Stack?

Oracle Forms is a technology platform originally designed to develop and deploy database-driven applications, especially for Oracle Databases.

I have mostly seen organizations gradually move from Oracle Forms to Oracle Apex.

Is it a bad choice in moving to an Open-Source Tech Stack using React for UI and Java/Golang/others for Backend and PostgreSQL as the DB Engine.

If you ever used Oracle Forms, what approach have you considered in your case ? What do you think is more apt?
