I don't think Trump is staying within the rules of the game here. Launching a new business days before assuming the presidency is not appropriate.

I don't consider the White House or the government a business. It's like when they say the USPS is losing money. It is not, it is a service and costs money. It's like saying the military is losing $900B a year
