I've been working on code-push-cloudflare-workers, a serverless alternative to CodePush built on Cloudflare Workers. Unlike the official CodePush server, which requires Azure infrastructure and comes with ongoing costs, this version is fully serverless and operates within Cloudflare's free tier—making it nearly zero-cost.
