Ask HN: How can I control lust?

Hello fellow HN! I have a question which has been maybe asked by people umpteen number of times. I have seen that a lot of guys struggle due to their porn and other related activities. This leads to unnecessary wastage in terms of time and energy. I have also seen that multiple different ways in which people are able to manage this. My goal is to maybe take a break for few weeks and then resume masturbation without porn or any additional aids. Can anyone guide regarding resource or anything like this?
