Funny enough Proton.me has some of the most predatory pricing tiers I've come across as a consumer. Straight out of the U.S Cable TV industry playbook where they'd put the few channels you wanted on a much more expensive tier with way more than you wanted.
I was a ProtonMail customer from 2019 to 2024 and left for this reason as well as half baked features misleadingly communicated by Proton.me as complete.
