You'd be better off asking on https://www.reddit.com/r/buildmeapc/ . Make sure you include a budget; "fairly cheap" varies wildly. Or ask for the minimum spec that can run at [resolution/framerate/with or without mods]. Whether you're open to second hand parts is also useful.
