Well it is called "Open" AI after all.

So it is fine for OpenAI to train on data from artists and other creators who don't want their works used that way and are also hurt by AI making copycat works.... But it is bad when another AI company does the same.

This is the weakest argument ever and frankly they should be embarrassed even typing it out.
