Show HN: HDR Steganography – one file / two images (github.com)

tl;dr you can make a JPEG that looks totally different for users on SDR vs HDR displays

I'm curious if people think this is an actual issue or just a curiosity. I doubt this is novel but I recently discovered you can do this.

Cool! Did not know about this. I was not able to see anything other than the pipe - which I assume is the SDR versions, maybe some clearer instructions/limitations (and description of what you should expect to see) would be beneficial.
