I love content like this. Madly niche, but miles deep.

My only criticism is that unless you are already familiar with the inks in question, it’s rather difficult to work out from the photos which image corresponds to which inks that are mentioned in the text.

The most practical ink bottle ever made was the one for Sheaffer Skrip with the ink reservoir up near the lip. Some other company (don't remember which) also used a bottle with a deep hole in the center of the bottom to help slurp up the last bit of ink.

I will always have a soft spot for that iconic bottle design. I only wish they had the little dip in their smaller 15ml bottles too.
Fountain pen enthusiasts know how easy it is to suddenly find yourself owning far too many ink bottles, like in the first picture.
