Ask HN: How do I present my prototype to you?

I'm the run of the mill wantrepreneur with a vision and a first draft business plan. (Hypothetically speaking) I get the funds raised to get the prototype built. What context should I present to you (the programmer) for what I want built? Eg. Powerpoint? Sketches on napkins?

Learn HTML and CSS and use that. If you expect to work with somebody technical, build something technical, and be a technology entrepreneur, get technical.
Optimal: Meeting in Person. Blank paper. Pencil. Beer or coffee.
I'm a developer, this is perfect. Failing that, Skype + Wireframes
I agree, I prefer sketches. Everyone can do them, it's a low barrier to entry, and it saves learning another bit of software just to get your point across. Meeting in person would also allow you to get a gut reaction on who you're hiring.
