I love the TIL concept. I've done many fewer than Josh, but it's a great way to consolidate things you've learned and show that you know stuff and like to know new stuff without having to publish a fully-fledged project for every skill.
I'm interested to hear more from the HN crowd about how to demonstrate skills to others & keep track of things you've learned.
