The DOGE coders are writing code to identify SSNs that have been used by illegal aliens to vote as if they were US citizens. They already found out that a single account was used, in 2020, in Arizona, to allow a 10 000+ illegal aliens to vote.
It's no coincidence that the only states where the dems won in 2024 are those that not require any voter ID.
I'm all for it and no matter if you're a dem or a conservative (or none), you should defend these actions.
Note that DOGE announced today they'd go try to clawback hundreds of billions of funds stolen by corrupt officials.

Every time Musk posts some "evidence" of "corruption" on Twitter, it turns out to be a blatant lie based on surface level details, e.g. all the shrieking about Lutheran charities and Politico subscriptions which turned out to be a massive mischaracterization of those expenses. What leftist media? 75% of the MSM is owned by Republicans and oligarchs. Where are the receipts, the evidence? Why should I trust a 19 year old hacker to determine whether something is a legitimate expenditure or not? Is anybody experienced actually auditing this team?

The approach of "cutting funding and then observing whether anything critical fails or is impacted" only works if outcomes follow a normal distribution.
This is far from the case — many areas are characterized by heavy-tailed loss distributions, where extreme negative consequences could really ruin the day and erase any efficiency gains.
