Have you ever negotiated Google cloud or others for more credits?
I'm the cofounder of an AI Startup. We are burning quickly through our Google Cloud credits that we got from the startup program ($250k over 2 years).
We're trying our best to drive down costs with spot instances, optimizations, etc. but short of those, has anyone ever successfully negotiated for more / discounted credits? We're inclined to stick with GCloud but may migrate our training and inference over to AWS or others temporarily in order to defer cloud costs.
