Ask HN: Which CRM can help manually curated leads and automate lead discovery?

I'm currently juggling a lot of CRM-related work using Notion and Gmail—taking meeting notes, sending follow-up emails, and tracking lead statuses manually. While this setup works, it’s becoming increasingly cumbersome.

I’m looking for a tool that can both:

- Import manually curated leads: I already have a database of leads that I've built up and want to easily dump into a new system.

- Automate parts of my lead discovery process: It’d be great if the tool could help streamline or even automate the process of finding new leads.
