Down for over 12 hours - it's like a zero-day freeze locking users out of their money (checking, savings, 401k, HSA, stocks).
This might be first-world problem stuff, but it's handy to have a little money in another bank with a separate system.
Is it? Because the login link they present on their page navigating from fidelity.com

works just fine. My guess is you bookmarked a deprecated link and, in your excitement for internet cred, didn't bother actually checking what the true issue was.

This is the correct answer. Nothing is down, except a malformed link I suppose.
