I mean X is a private company. Elon can run it however he wants and is free to push the website as far to the political right as he wants. Complaining that X is being political isn't going to change that.
Likewise the Canadian supreme court has no obligation to publish on a privately owned news site that contains, in your own words, a "concerning level of politicization"

Why should Canada be compelled to use a private US based platform owned by a person who is advocating for Canada to no longer exist.
