Autonomous Vehicle Collision Reports – California (dmv.ca.gov)

As somebody not from US, I don't lean one way or another, but you'd expect some Tesla accidents here, right? The link contains accidents for many different manufacturers of 'Autonomous Vehicles', including Waymo, Mercedes-Benz, Apple and so forth.

Is this only for those that are fully self-driving?
